Every email we send will include an “unsubscribe” or “opt-out” link. You may click that link to stop receiving future emails. We will process opt-outs promptly.
4.2 Opt-Out of Text Messages
To stop receiving text messages, you may reply “STOP” (or another keyword as indicated) to any message we send. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will confirm your removal and cease further text messages, unless otherwise required by law.
4.3 Changes in Contact Information
If your email address or mobile number changes, you must update your contact information or unsubscribe from the old contact to avoid misdirected messages.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or relating to these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [County], Alabama.
